New Invoice Requirements Under EoPT Act
Under the Ease of Paying Taxes (EoPT) Act, invoices will now replace official receipts (OR) as the primary document for sales of goods and services. Effective immediately, updated document requirements will be accepted for compliance with the new regulations.
Under the Ease of Paying Taxes (EoPT) Act and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), invoices will now be considered as the primary document for the sales of both goods and services, replacing official receipts (OR).
Effective immediately, we will accept any of the updated documents upon the release of payments to your payees and suppliers or partners to comply with regulatory updates.
