PESONet Expands Settlement Cycles with 3MBS Launch
The PESONet ACH has officially introduced a third Multiple Batch Settlement (3MBS) cycle, effective August 1, 2024. This new 1:00 PM settlement time joins the existing 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM cycles, enhancing transaction efficiency for all participants.
This has reference to PPMI Advisory 2024-0715-013 regarding the approval by the BSP of the permanent shift to use the DDA for PESONet settlements and the implementation of a third Multiple Batch Settlement (3MBS) cycle.
Please be advised that the PESONet ACH have officially launched the 3MBS on August 1, 2024. With this development, a new settlement cycle (1:00 PM) has been added, increasing the settlement cycles to three namely: 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 4:00 PM.
All PESONet participants are encouraged to inform their customers about this expanded facility through their various communication channels.
