Notice: Discontinuation of Clearing for Citi Philippines Consumer Checks
Citi Philippines consumer checks from the following branch numbers (BRSTN’s) are no longer acceptable for clearing as of March 22, 2024.
In line with the migration of Citi-branded consumer business accounts to UnionBank systems, Citi Philippines consumer checks from the following branch numbers (BRSTN’s) are no longer acceptable for clearing as of March 22, 2024:
Furthermore, any checks from these branches that were uploaded to the Remote Check Deposit facility and are currently warehoused in UnionBank must be promptly pulled out/removed.
We kindly request you to advise your affected Payors to reprocess/replace their checks at their earliest convenience.
